 Ken Bartels is Vice President for College Relations at Elmhurst College. Ken's 33-year career in college advancement includes the last 26 years at Elmhurst College. Over these years, the college's academic reputation has steadily grown. U.S. News and World Report has placed Elmhurst College in the top tier of Midwest colleges and universities with master's programs.
Ken has extensive experience in board management, fundraising and community relations. He is a sought-after speaker in the fields of motivation, relationship theory, visioning and as a master of ceremonies. Ken has been a participant at the Harvard University Institute of Educational Management and Indiana University Executive Leadership Institute. He is a graduate of Carthage College. He is also well-known to West Suburban Illinois cable television viewers as the "voice" of Elmhurst College athletics. Ken was recently honored with the 2007 Distinguished Service Award by the Elmhurst Jaycees and has received several awards and recognitions during his three decades of service to our profession. |
